For a regional bank, we led the development of a Cloud strategy and roadmap of initiatives that would leverage Cloud infrastructure to make the business more agile and efficient. We guided them on validation and implementation of initial Cloud-enabled opportunities including a GenAI chatbot for knowledge management in customer service, virtual desktops, and disaster recovery.

For a de novo insurance company, we led the solution architecture design and implementation of a full suite of finance and accounting solutions, including Oracle ERP and Clearwater Analytics. Our approach balanced the need for speed to market with integrating into the enterprise data strategy and make it AI-ready. We helped onboard the permanent F&A team and provided support through go-live.

For a mid-sized credit union, we developed the Digital First strategy and transformation roadmap to modernize their customer-facing technology and service model. We coached the business and IT leadership teams through an organizational transition. We developed their GenAI strategy and roadmap (v1.0) to enable them to Run/Walk/Crawl to early wins, longer term vision and build the foundational data, technology, and risk management capabilities to develop GenAI responsibly.

For a specialty collections business, we led a full assessment of their business strategy and processes, org design and technology estate. We facilitated the development of a new technology-enabled strategy including new go-to-market initiatives, career development paths and significant investments in GenAI-enabled automation.
